Director Anthony Minghella, 54, passed away today from a hemmorrhage.
He was an Oscar-winning filmmaker, screenwriter and opera director.
So young and so talented. I can’t believe I’m saying a 54-year-old was young, but he was.
A few of his more famous American films include “The English Patient” and “The Talented Mr. Ripley.” Minghella was especially popular in British TV.
