KBA Antique Car Show

The Keyport Business Alliance (KBA) hosted its Sixth Annual Antique Car Show on Friday, June 13.

KBA President Art Olsen said there were a record 80 entries.

I found one – Luis Vera – whose car, a 1930 Buick Victoria Cooper, has won many awards before.

It certainly was a crowd pleaser, not to mention a gorgeous car. Its topper, a silver lady, cost about $1,000, according to Vera.

Vera said he keeps his eyes on his car at all times: The topper comes off with the flick of a wrist!

Look for more car show coverage in this week’s issue of The Courier.

Melissa! You went to a car show and don’t have one picture of a car. Haha I like the silver lady though.
