Men and big guns, what more could I want? *

I‘m heading over to the Howell Police Department this morning to interview Chief Ronald Carter.

Carter is the head of the Monmouth County Emergency Response Team (MOCERT), including a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team of officers I dealt with recently (see post dated June 19).

I’m looking forward to learning about MOCERT’s role in Monmouth County, from the big guns up.

Check back later in the morning for more on the SWAT team and pick up this week’s issue of The Courier for exclusive coverage.

*Very theoretical question
